Requirements for molds in modern large-scale engineering construction: Higher requirements for mold precision and surface finish; the surface in contact with concrete should use a surface finish of 1.6 or higher; the tenon and mortise surface should be integrally milled; stress treatment should be performed after manufacturing and molding to prevent deformation; the steel rigidity of the mold is determined by the workability of the concrete and the auxiliary vibration force, and should be calculated and designed according to the molding method before manufacturing.
