Problems within the circulation system, or the presence of air, can disrupt the normal circulation of the coolant, reducing cooling efficiency and increasing the temperature of various components. As the amount of air increases, the pressure within the circulation system will also continuously rise.
Cooling is necessary during the welding process because various components, including the entire circuit, thyristors, conductive copper, transformer, welding electrodes, and controller, generate heat under high current and prolonged operation, interfering with the welding current.
