Concrete placing machine: This equipment is located above the pipe-making machine, which can effectively and evenly deliver concrete into the pipe mold, and control the placing speed according to actual needs.
Multi-layer extrusion head: It uses a reverse rotating vibrator. The vibrator includes a high-speed rotating placing device and a low-speed rotating compaction device. The rotation directions of the two are diametrically opposite. The compaction device is mainly driven by two steplessly adjustable hydraulic motors respectively. It can effectively compact the concrete and control the deformation of the steel cage.
Socket vibrator: The socket of the concrete pipe is formed by the vibrator installed under the main machine through vibration operation.
Electronic control system: This system can effectively control the speed of concrete filling into the mold, and it can also control the rising speed of the vibrator.
