1. Perform routine tests. 1. The robot operator must undergo professional training, understand the use of system indicator lights and buttons, and be familiar with basic equipment knowledge, safety knowledge, and precautions before use.
2. Inspection before robot operation.
No damage or exposure of wire troughs and wires; no sundries, tools, etc. Allowed to be installed on the robot body, outer shaft, gun cleaning station, and water cooler. It is forbidden to place liquid objects such as water bottles on the control cabinet; no flammable items such as cotton shoes in the operating room; the operating room temperature should not exceed 25 degrees Celsius; no leakage; no damage to tool threads; no abnormalities in the robot; no magnetic fields and vibration sources such as magnets within the robot's working range.
3. Turn on the main power switch; turn on the power of the control cabinet, welding machine, and water cooler (note that for KUKA, turn on the control cabinet first, then the welding machine). After the robot is powered on, it can run without alarms.
4. When operating the robot and running operations using the teach pendant, ensure that there are no other people within the robot's range of motion. Non-staff or maintenance personnel in the operating room are not allowed to enter.
5. After use, the teach pendant should be placed in the designated position, away from high-temperature areas, and not placed in the robot's work area to prevent collisions and damage to personnel and equipment.
6. Usage and maintenance: Install the fuel tank and flange cover as required; adjust the program using the green run to prevent the debugger; after welding is complete, loosen the pressure block first, then lift the fuel tank; after each fuel tank is welded, check the nozzle for any uncleaned spatter burrs and whether the welding wire is bent; manually clean the inside of the four fuel tanks separately (approximately weld two large-capacity fuel tanks, and clean each one for any abnormalities. When cleaning, please follow the training instructions, keep the oil injection launcher of the clean gun station unobstructed, and ensure there is oil in the oil bottle; keep the heat sink of the water cooler clean and the water level not lower than the warning line; clean the robot body once a week; clean the gun cleaning station once a day; replace the fixed device tape every half month; if there are any abnormalities during operation, contact the debugging personnel immediately; when the robot is working, a fault alarm is issued, air holes appear, the fuel tank is welded badly, the gun collides, and the gun is stuck. Do not adjust the program privately.
7. Keep the robot safety signs clean and clear. Replace them immediately if damaged.
8. After the operation, turn off the power, close the gas valve, turn on the main switch, clean the equipment, and tidy up the site.
