1. First, observe whether the lubricating oil in the oil cylinder has a significant decrease. The indicator line can only be stably loaded when the machine is turned on. Compare the same environmental pressure, such as a 7 kg load, to see if the oil level changes significantly. It should be emphasized here that after the head is stably loaded, pay attention to the temperature and pressure, otherwise oil leakage will occur. For example, a few people observe the oil level when the machine is stopped and reflect that the machine is out of oil. This standard needs to be improved; a few users have also observed that a slight drop in the oil level reflects the high oil consumption of the machine. For such customers, our after-sales engineers need to communicate more with customers and guide them out of the misunderstanding.
2. Does the machine's oil system have oil leakage, such as aging oil pipes, head oil leakage, cooler oil leakage, etc.? Operation: Open the machine's door panel, use a flashlight to look at the picture of the machine's insole, and see if there is any oil.
For screw air compressor equipment with a drain, take a sample from the drain port, drain it into a clean container for about 5 minutes, and observe whether there is a little oil film or oil film on the surface of the container. Before the bottom of the ship sinks, most of the collected water is milky white, and only a few fine colorful oil flowers are observed.
3. For air storage tanks without water separators, the drainage of the air storage tank can be observed. Compared with the previous normal situation, it is necessary to see if there is too much oil in the discharged water. Less oil is normal. Exhaust from the filter tail, the workshop air end is obviously oily, if it is confirmed that the machine oil consumption is indeed very high, stop the machine and release the air. Under the premise of ensuring safety, check whether the machine's return oil system is intact, and whether there is oil in the center of the bottom groove of the oil drop point. If there is oil, please deal with the return oil system in time to improve the return oil effect of the machine. In addition, attention should also be paid to whether the bottom of the oil separator penetrates the bottom of the oil separator when installing the return oil pipe. For some machines with high oil consumption, this method often achieves unexpected results.
4. It can basically be judged whether the oil consumption of the screw air compressor is too high, and a preliminary processing plan is formulated for the customer at the beginning. In this way, if our maintenance personnel operate properly, most of the high oil consumption failures can be basically handled.
