Concrete placing machine: This equipment is located above the pipe making machine, which can effectively convey the concrete evenly to the pipe form, and control the speed of the material according to the actual demand.

Multi-layer extrusion head: using a counter-rotating vibrator, the vibrator includes a high-speed running device and a low-speed tamping device. The rotation directions of the two are diametrically opposite, and the compaction device is mainly driven by two infinitely adjustable hydraulic motors. It can effectively densify the concrete and control the deformation of the reinforcement cage.

Socket vibrator: The socket of the concrete pipe is formed by the vibrator installed under the main machine through the vibration operation.

Electronic control system: This system can effectively control the speed at which the concrete is filled into the mold, and it can also control the rising speed of the vibrator.
